Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first consultation is free, and you are under no obligation to go ahead afterwards.

What should I have ready before I contact you?

For a trademark: the name or logo, and a short description of what you sell. For a patent: an outline of the invention, kept confidential. For a copyright: a copy of the work. If you are unsure which you need, tell us about the business and we will work it out with you.

Do I need to visit the office?

No. Our office is in Hyderabad and you are welcome to visit, but applications in India are filed online, so we can work with you by phone, email or WhatsApp.
